When a patient first enters our dental office, they are usually impressed with the comfortable atmosphere. The reception area is open, and the receptionist is awaiting your arrival with a friendly greeting, calling you by name.
“We have made an extra effort to design our office without the usual look or smells of a typical dental office,” explains Dr. Timmerman, our Seattle cosmetic dentist.
“Courses we have taken at Las Vegas Institute for Advanced Dental Studies (LVI) have taught us to treat our patients as guests, and always provide them with five-star service. Our goal is to minimize any dental anxieties or stress, and help the patient feel as comfortable as possible. We don’t overbook simply to fill up our schedule. A patient’s time is valuable, and we treat each of our patients as we would like to be treated, with respect, and in-tune with both their needs and wants.”
